The board of directors of Chautauqua Rails to Trails will be holding its annual meeting on Monday, November 6 at 6 p.m. at the Olive’s Restaurant space at Chautauqua Suites in Mayville. The new tradition of holding the meeting the first Monday in November, rather than September is in effect. In general, the organization meets the first Monday of each month at 6 p.m. at various locations. General members, as well as other interested citizens, are welcome at every meeting. Bellini Lounge will not be open that evening.

President Ward will lead a presentation of overview and circumspection. Planning for a holiday fundraising event as well as other important matters will be discussed. A slate of officers will be voted upon. This year the slate features four incumbents: President—Bill Ward, Vice President—Dr. T. John McCune, Treasurer—Virginia King, and Secretary—Wendy Lewellen.
